Evergreen Brick Works: Since the original redevelopment of the Don Valley Brick Works to become the Evergreen Brick Works in 2010, the organization continues to push for a more sustainable model. The redevelopment of the historic Kiln building into the TD Future Cities Centre became a place for people to come together in the mission to build sustainable cities while moving towards a carbon-neutral target.

Manitoba Hydro Place: Designed to be 66% more energy efficient than similar office buildings, the Manitoba Hydro Place is both a forward workplace environment for employees while being a combination of beautiful design and climate responsiveness.

The Berczy: In a historic neighborhood in Toronto, the Berczy’s design complements the area while including energy efficient details such as green roofs, energy efficient electrical systems, and reusing existing building materials whenever possible.
