We are currently seeking a Full-time Office Administrative Assistant & Receptionist to join a diverse, supportive, close-knit team where your experience can make a difference for our environment and the local community.

The Opportunity
As an Administrative Assistant, your primary function is to provide administrative support services to the Manager and department, including assistance on projects, providing necessary information to our clients, and other related duties (see posting for full description).

– You are a team-oriented, customer service-focused, and solutions-minded person who can be committed to delivering service excellence to our fantastic client base.
– You have post-secondary education supplemented by administrative and computer course(s). An equivalent combination of training, education, and experience may be considered.
– You strive to exceed expectations and are a team player.
– If one of the team needs assistance, offer to help
– Enjoy organizing and being part of a busy office
– Have good computer & internet skills (Word, Excel & Outlook, Social Media)
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Details
– Provide an elevated service experience for each client by identifying needs.
– High sense of urgency with diligent follow up skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Answer calls, and book appointments: a pleasant & courteous telephone manner is a must.
– Maintain several databases: phone & email, internal CRM, and other tasks of a general office nature as assigned.
– Work with a variety of online portals and update clients’ accounts.
